So the store told me they are not allowed to give me a tracking number. Is that true? Nordstroms said they don't give those out either. Did anyone get a tracking number? Not sure about the on line order yet since I haven't been confirmed for that order.

I didn't know that they aren't allowed to give them out. I ordered a purse from HI last night and the lady told me that they ship UPS and it's signature required so if you are not at home they will not leave the package at your door.

No, they do not give tracking numbers. I was told that they have had to many bad experiences in the past with people shipping an item to another address and the original person never receiving the package.

They also told me that they didn't give out tracking numbers when I had a purse shipped from Hawaii. But it did arrive in the 5 business days like they told me.

The store doesn't give out the tracking number, however, if you call UPS and give them the shipping address they should be able to tell you where your oder is at. I had to do this when I ordered from the Cabazon outlet and it never arrived to my shipping address. I called the store back to get the tracking number and but instead they reverified the shipping address. I was able to track it down thru UPS.

I just got the email confirmation about my online order from the presale. And here's part of the text:

"To ensure the security of your purchase, we do not provide a tracking
number in this e-mail. However, we will e-mail a delivery confirmation
once we receive notification from UPS that your purchase has been
delivered. If the delivery is delayed for any reason, a Gucci Online
Personal Shopper will be pleased to assist you."

Yes, I wonder the same thing. I ordered the black leather large chain hobo last week and it still has not arrived. It's been over 5 days and when I try to call the Cabazon outlet the 6 different people that I've spoken to is unwilling to help me. I'm a little traumatized and I don't think I'll be ordering from them anymore.

I received an e-mail confirmation this morning from gucci. I placed a presale order online and they sent me a ups tracking number .

Ive ordered thrice from gucci.com and have not received the actual tracking number instead they will give you a link to your order where it will tell you where your item is..

This is what they sent me:

I ordered first time from Gucci.com 3 years ago and I never got tracking number from them. You'll receive an email to let you know you item has been shipped. This email contain a link to their website which shows the item and the expected delivery date. Gucci'll sends a 2nd email when your item is signed/received to varify.
