Interesting! Looks like a lot of other perfume brands are sold on-line at Wal-Mart as well...Polo, Shalimar, Burberry, Poison/Dior, Lancome/Tresor, Vera Wang, etc...

It doesn't make me think any less of gucci or those other brands mentioned. And they are being sold at the going retail prices - so...I guess if you're already shopping for something at Walmart on-line, you can get your favorite fragrance there as well. Hehe.

ladies what is up with this....I feel like I saw this in a thread somewhere but can't find it now.

I happened to be in NJ over the weekend and went to the outlet and picked up one of the cream bamboo hobos. I was shocked when he told me how much it cost. All the ladies were going nuts over it. I think every one of us walked out with one.
I went online but it was already posted.

Anyway my question is ... You know how the tag inside says R in a circle above Gucci made in Italy... the tag in this bag has an additional G in a circle ????? next to the R

What is that?? I mean I got it directly from the outlet so I am not worried about authenticating it I am just confused because I don't think I have seen it before.

I think that's just an indication that it's from an outlet although not all outlet bags have this stamp. I bought a gucci bag at the Gucci outlet outside of Florence and it had the circled G stamp.

After seeing that picture I'm kind of kicking myself for not buying the britt flat flip flop ones. They had them in my size on the gucci website a week or so ago on second markdown for $139. I was just worried though about walking on a gg canvas sole and getting it dirty. I had also already bought the pink/blue kitten heel flip flops so I held back.

Thanks for the reply smalls. I was a little concerned because since I got it home I am concerned about having such a light colored bag and stains. With the G stamp I doubt anyone would buy it on *bay, they will think it's fake.

Oh well for 200 I can afford to get it dirty
