The serial font should be the same. As for the sequence of numbers I am not sure what they are specifically. I am guessing it would be the same as the bags where some of the numbers indicate the style and season etc.

The Gucci made in Italy stamp is not embossed on my wallet. Why not?

i have a general question of authenticity tips for vintage gucci...what are vintage gucci bags generally made of, for example like the blue, beige/brown monogram ones???...is it canvas, vinyl, or???....i knoe they have leather triming and what not,but dunno what's the overall material incuding the interior.

I should have known better to purchase an "authentic" Gucci bag from this website out of Florida. They did promise it was authentic, and their site advertises it as such. When I received the bag, it was so obviously a fake. A cheap fake at that. I did demand a full refund. They will try to keep 20% of the "value" of the bag. Get your full refund back! Funny, I noticed the bag is again for sale on their site. They only had 1 left. So they are trying to re-sell the fake I sent back. I can see the improper seaming in the pic. PLEASE stay away from that site.

I've been wondering does GUCCI have YKK engrave on their zips coz there has been some threads where some people say they don't and some say they do. So which is which? All my Gucci bags doesn't have YKK on them.

Can someone clarify this for me.

Some dos, but not on the zipper pull, it's on the side of the connecting piece. I have posted a picture before, but need to search for it.

I have a bag given to me by my mother and was wondering if there were any experts here on vintage styles? I'd like to know the name of it, it's a circular shoulder bag in navy and white vinyl. I think from the 70s? or 80s? xx

I have question about authenticity of gucci sunglasses..
apparently I found out one that I really like from Ebay, but the price wise is so cheap...
Even though seller uploaded lots of pictures, I can't see any of the pictures' details...
Does anybody know how to figure out authenticity of gucci sunglasses?
