It's brown, but I've seen this picture so many times on eBay, not a good sign!

The two dots separating the GG's on signature bags should not touch each other. They should be clear and distinct. If there are any threads connecting to the dots to form a semi solid line, beware.

I have been wondering for a while....
Is it true that the inside tag should be a very sharp square?? All of my bags are like this because I have bought them from a boutique... but I see alot of bags (especially on eBay) which has the bottom two corners of the tag rounded off.... Anyone know if that is a sign on a dodgy gucci?????

Hi-are Gucci Vitntage bags made from thick canvas? Was a vinyl or a plastic like material ever used. I have a bag and it feels and looks like "plastic"? TIA

Is it true that i must keep the official receipt? So that it allows me to send for repair in future and to prove its authenticity?

I don't think so.. I brought a friend's Gucci bag in and they fixed it without having the receipt

It would be nice if you had the receipt, as they do sometimes ask for it, but they also accept repairs without one.
