Nova check- never heard of it- do you have any pictures or an auction link? If you do post it on the authenicate this thread and we can have a look at it for you!

The two dots separating the GG's on signature bags should not touch each other. They should be clear and distinct. If there are any threads connecting to the dots to form a semi solid line, beware.

I have been wondering for a while....
Is it true that the inside tag should be a very sharp square?? All of my bags are like this because I have bought them from a boutique... but I see alot of bags (especially on eBay) which has the bottom two corners of the tag rounded off.... Anyone know if that is a sign on a dodgy gucci?????

hi, should the letter "A" in the made in italy on the gucci tag on the gucci chain large hobo be this "a" or the other a with the tail? thanks!

i think it's supposed to be the other small "a" with a tail...not this "a". Someone correct me if i'm wrong please. TIA!

small a with a tail is genuine.....this "a" is used in the Louis Vuitton made in france logo :)

hi everyone! I purchased this gucci abbey tote online from gucci but i think the sides are kinda odd since they dont fold correctly. Does anyone else own this bag and is it suppose to be like this? Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi-are Gucci Vitntage bags made from thick canvas? Was a vinyl or a plastic like material ever used. I have a bag and it feels and looks like "plastic"?

Is it true that i must keep the official receipt? So that it allows me to send for repair in future and to prove its authenticity?

I don't think so.. I brought a friend's Gucci bag in and they fixed it without having the receipt

It would be nice if you had the receipt, as they do sometimes ask for it, but they also accept repairs without one.
