Hi Girls! I am wondering if anyone has any good tips for identifying an authentic Gucci Diaper bag.....I am looking at few on eBay and of course everybody claims everything is authentic so its hard to tell! I appreciate any info!!! Thanks!

I think I posted in the wrong place and am thread challenged to say the least. My wife bought a Gucci bag similar to the one pictured on eBay # 17015697606 except it is tan and has an R in a circle above it, it has a clutch I guess you would call it with it and says made in Italy below the Gucci name. I have not a clue about hand bags and am wondering if someone can verify any authenticity. I appreciate any help someone can give

No one can authenticate on description alone!

I realize that that is why I had posted the eBay item # 17015697606 as a reference it is the same physically except for the R in circle above GUCCI and says made in Italy below and it is tan if I could up load the actual picture I would and I appreciate the response I did not if my post actually showed up this is as I said different to me

I would not like to comment on a bag unless I had seen the pictures of the actual bag- yours could be a copy of the one on eBay!

Plus the number you have given for a listing is missing a number!

Can anyone tell me where the serial number is inside the gucci diaper bags. I have a seller telling me it should be inside the bag AND behind the tag is this true?? So it is printed twice. true or not.

it is behind the tag inside and should only be printed once. be careful as 99% of the diaper bags on eBay are fake! Post the auction link in the authenticate this thread.

There has not been an authentic one on eBay for 3 weeks! currently 29 fakes listed

Hi, I have a question about gucci shoes (hope this is not too off topic here). I bought a pair of gucci heels on eBay. They look quite real in all ways, only the dustbag it came in is sort of thick mocca/caramel color cotton an the gucci name on it is in gold glitter. It does look chic, but I actually thought shoes also always came in the 'shiny' dark brown GG dustbags..
Could you please let me know if Gucci uses these dustbags as well for their shoes, or should I have doubts about it's authenticity?
(it didn't come with box, but I knew that, I thought they might have been a store display)
It was a good deal, but they weren't cheap either, so I would like to be certain... TIA!

^This should be posted in --- Authenticate This Gucci --- . The dustbags have been changed recently but what you have described sounds right. Do post pics in the Authenticate this thread so that someone can have a look cos everything inc dustbags can be faked. Also post close up pics of all the markings on the shoes.

There have been some good looking fake shoes sold recently with dust bags but without boxes! Definately post it in the authenticate this thread- so you can be 100% sure!
