I have an SA from Santana Row and his name is Conrad. He's awesome. Tell him that Apple is referring you.
408-557-9926. He's out on vacation but he should be back before the presale. Presale by the way for the Santana Row is the last week of May.

Hello my Vancouver friend

The trunk show is by invite only. A trunk show is a private showing of the new fall/winter collection. This will be at the Gucci store at the Hotel Vancouver. The presale is invite only (however, people have been saying you can just call a SA and ask to be put on the presale list) and yes at the same location (Hotel vancouver)

Normally leather is 40% off and canvas is 30% off. But what sort of sucks is they just raised their prices on average of 10% last week.

I have never needed an invite to go to the pre-sale. I just get there right when they open the 1st day of the pre-sale and ask what is going to be on sale. Believe me if you are willing to buy they are willing to sell.

Beljwl I live in Cali too! Which Gucci store do you usually go to? I want to find a good SA as well but the ones i met at the Rodeo Gucci were so rude and they don't like to share info over the phone!~ Do you have a good SA you'd like to share?! =D

I usually shop at the Rodeo store. I agree with you about them being on the rude side. I don't have a regular SA. I was using one girl I think her name was Cheryl. She was nice. Then the other times I have bought things I just use whoever helps me. But I have noticed that when I am in there no one ever comes up to me and asks if they can help me. The only way I get helped is if I ask for help. Maybe they do that because there are just so many tourists on Rodeo that are just window shopping and have no plans on buying. I don't know.

But, I when I wanted to buy my New Britt Hobo I bought it at the BH NM (NM HAS MUCH BETTER RETURN POLICY!!!) I found a REALLY nice SA there. His name is Gary. I dealt with him only on the phone but he was so nice and helpful. I would try him if you are looking for something NM carries.
