Bag Wrinkled-Does Anybody Have This Joy Boston Bag In The Medium Size??

Hi everyone,

I just bought this bag in the medium size (sorry there was no pic online of the medium.) Does anyone else have this bag and do they like it?

**Also, I have only worn it once and the handles are starting to get crinkled/wrinkled on the handles and the strip going down to the bottom of the bag. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or is it normal with the platinum leather? I don't know If I should bring it back or not?

I have this bag in the medium size and it does get crinkled on the handles. It doesn't bother me at all but that's just me. I think this is quite normal for the gunmetal trim. I super love this bag though.

Be careful with your bag and keep your receipt in a safe place. I returned mine because the gunmetal trim started to peel, and I got a new one, and then the same thing happened with my second bag. I returned that one as well for the new one in gold, and the SA said that some people have no problem at all with the gunmetal trim, while others have lots of problems. Gucci is aware of it though, and you should have no problem exchanging the bag if you do have a problem.

that's the same reason why i decided against getting one with the gunmetal trim...i agree with melanierez, keep your receipt in case it starts to wrinkle and eventually peel off...i hope it doesn't happen to your bag, if it bothers you, bring it in!

hi there!

...i also have this bag too. i have the wrinkles/crinkles on the underside of the handles only (probably because i stuff it with waaaay too much stuff and it gets heavy!) and on the front of the bag, the right gunmetal strip is also starting to wrinkle/crinkle a bit.

it also doesn't bother me too much. definitely bring it in if it starting to bother you though, just like the other ladies have said!

..although i do have a problem with the inside pocket. the threads are starting to come loose and are fraying. i'm bringing it back to my SA this week..

..all around i do love the bag!
