Question Gucci Baby Diaper Bag, Please authenticate

Having never owned a Gucci handbag (lots of shoes), I'm not sure what they are supposed to look like. I'm always looking for a Gucci baby bag. They are always being sold together with the baby carrier and baby bottle holder on *bay. Some clearly are fakes, cuz I think all three together would be about $2K. I can't tell when or if there is ever a real one out there. Can someone authenticate this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...E:B:SS:US:1123 He's got over 100 feedback and its at 100%, however, it doesn't look like he's ever sold anything. If this is fake, I'm going to report it. I'm getting so sick of the fake bags out there......

Exhibit B: http://cgi.ebay.com/GUCCI-3-pieces-b...QQcmdZViewItem

I'm really sorry to break it to you but both are fake. Feedback generally counts for nothing imo. It's near impossible I think to find authentic baby bags on eBay. Treat yourself and go to the boutique perhaps? But yes, do report those listings!

Hi,
First time posting although I am an avid reader. Here, I listed my 6 month old Gucci Indy that was purchased in Las Vegas boutique in Jan 2008 on eBay auction. I posted clear close up photos of the bag, tag and even scanned the original receipt into the listing. Two days after the listed ended, Ebay took it off for a trademark violation. Granted, I am not a regular seller of handbags on ebay or anywhere for that matter. I see many sellers that have this and other brands up for sale, huge powersellers, that list trademarked items day after day after day. Are they authorized or have permission? Or am I reading the email all wrong?
I came here to search the forums to see if someone may have reported it as being a fake even though I showed my store receipt up close and clearly and I cannot find anything on my listing or maybe I have not looked around enough. However, it would have been from the dates 7/16 - till today when it was pulled.
So I see this post and looked at the photos which BeeJerry said looked good, but with all due respect, do u really think that looked good? Did you really look at the closeup of the word Gucci on the tag? Did anyone?
The "I" is higher than the rest of the word.
So here, I am getting upset that a decorated forum member falsely told someone that the bag "looked good" when it certainly was not, and my bag that was a REAL Gucci was ended due to trademark violation!!?? Am I missing something here? Or is it that regular sellers are favored more than one time sellers?
eBay sent me a message today telling me about the cancellation of my listing and from what I am reading, it's saying it is unauthorized. So I ask someone here in this forum, what exactly does this mean??? Are they saying I need to get permission from Gucci themselves? I do not want to attempt to relist it in fear of losing my username and feedback. I've been a member since 2001.

I will keep looking around for my listing on these forums to see if it was reported or if I did something wrong by listing it.
Needless to say, this is very upsetting for me and I do not understand how good bags get taken off and so many bad ones stay on? Another thing, I go to eBay and report fakes at east twice a week, yet they are not taking them off. I have learned how to do this on this forum and every now and then, I will report the ones I know are not authentic.
So my question is, what is it exactly that I can tell them to make sure they pull the listing I am reporting. If I say it is fake, do they really take my word for it, or do I need to explain to them what exactly it is I am looking at. In other words, the proof as to why I think that.
Please dont take this message as offending anyone, I dont mean to, especially to BeeJerry as I know we are all human. I am just highly upset about this. Thanks for reading

Perfect example of one I reported that wasn't pulled:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Gucci-Indy-Top-H...QQcmdZViewItem

First off, I dont ever beleive I have seen this style, and the tags on a string are the deadest giveaway! The stamp of logo and serial numbers are all off.
1st set of numbers has a larger font than the bottom number.

Do u ladies agree with me that this is NOT authentic!!!!???? Yet, this one stays on, seller continues to sell fake bags to innocent buyers!

So again, what is it exactly that I have to point out to eBay or say about a listing that I know is fake in order for them to actually take it off?
This is not the only one I have reported, many others went "unpulled" as well.
thanks!

Hi trenzz,

I'm newish here, and i feel for what happened to you on eBay, i'm sure it's very very frustrating specially since your bag was obviously authentic. However, i think it's unfair to blame this forum for what happened to you since it's been made very clear from the start that advice here is only from co-bag-lovers and should be not be considered an official proof of authenticity or otherwise. So although many of bags are given a thumbs up or a thumbs down by tpf members, i do believe it is still up to the buyer to take the advice or not.. and really, tpf doesn't have the power over ebay to pull any items.. i believe your tiff is with ebay, not tpf.

Take care and i hope you all the best.

Hi,
Perhaps my message came out unclear. Like I said, I didn't want anyone to feel offended by what I was going through. I don't think I blamed anyone on TPF for what happened to me because as I said, I have no proof that my listing was in question on this forum. And I was simply wondering how exactly did I suffer a trademark violation when I listed an original Gucci product. I simply do not understand the email eBay sent me regarding this. Basically they say, I may have confused buyers into beleiving I was either associated with company or that the listing was not authorized. Never once said I was an authorized seller, so how could have I confused anyone by selling a personable used item? So I dont know what exactly that means, but then they say to look at the replica policy as if they have already judged me on selling a fake item! But when you question this to them, they say they dont judge authenticity on any certain item, only that listings are reported by their members and if Ebay sees a violation then they pull listing.
So what violation are they looking for if they are not in the position to judge the authenticity of the items on their site?
AS with my question from earlier, do u have to get permission from the trademark holder to sell a personally purchased used item? I really don't get this stuff. And I have nothing against TPF and am not lashing out at anyone here. I just thought maybe some people on here giving some wrong advice about authenticity to others. That is why I looked for questions about my listing, however, I see none here. So could be a competitive seller reporting, but what are they reporting? I proved authenticity in my listing. Dont know how else to prove? Not all sellers and big wig powersellers do that by original receipt. thanks for response though..

a friend found this in a vintage store. The straps and bottom are green. The logo infront can't be seen clearly on this shot because of the light. Sadly this is the only photo she sent. I've tried to search the web for this bag but i didn't find anything with this color. The serial # inside is 0013330 000926. I also don't have the photo of the serial #. but if the color is off, then obviously this will be a fake. Haven't bought it yet though.

The straps seem kinda off but maybe it not properly pulled down?
