...it looks good to me, but i'm not too familiar w/gucci totes...a good friend of mine has one though in brown & i could ask her what the serial # is 
)...i'd go to a department store during off-peak hours (early AM or before closing)...i was also told they weren't supposed to do it, but they helped me anyway...i was able to get my $$$ back & eventually find the real thing on e-bay 
...you can also post photos on this forum & we can try to help you out with it...the most important thing of all is making sure it has the right serial #
