im not an expert on guccis but i got my own gucci bag recently from gucci store in italy and it DOES HAVE a cellphone pocket. so a cellphone pocket is not an indication of being fake or not.

what ive also noticed from the few gucci bags ive seen is the lining inside the bag. the few that ive seen dont have plain linings.

True - I have a shopper tote with a cellphone pocket. I think the newer ones have it.

Also, some bags do have the plain lining. Both my Guccis have the plain canvas lining.

I posted this in Authenticate This, but thought I'd get more responses here.

I bought these bags from different sellers on eBay about 4 years ago. I've always doubted the authenticity so they've been sitting in the back of my closet pretty much unused. I've compared them to the 3 authentic Gucci bags I have and can't really decide because I'm not sure how the styles have changed over the years. I'd appreciate any feedback you can provide so I can decide whether to keep or toss them.

The first is a black Jackie O:
- Dustbag looks real (compared them to my authentic dustbags)
- Cards look real
- Leather is soft and actually feels like leather
- Canvas is actually different than any of my Gucci bags - it has bigger Gs and is more "satiny" and shiny in appearance. I'm not sure if Gucci ever made bags with this canvas though.
- Lining has "Gucci" on it
- Serial number is: 001-3306 (first line)
4754 (second line)

- Lining is plain black

I have both the Abbey messenger and a bronze gucci leather cruise bag with chain and webbing and both are from 2006 and have cell phone pockets. They are definitely authentic! I'm sure it's probably something newer from them.

FIRST ONE IS REAL! GUCCI has made bags with bigger G's and in Nylon/ Microfiber color. I sold one like that a month ago. Here's a reference (link below). I also have another bag that is dark brown with the BIG G's. Most of bags with the big G's and nylon/microfiber fabric come from Gucci Outlets and most of them are all vintage styles.

Do u have more pics? I haven't seen one in this color before. Ask for a closeup of the tag inside, front and back. Also if they have a controllato card and dustbag, get pics of it.

It seems that Outlets in Europe and in North America have some of the same merchandise.
