GucciGucci, what about the dust bag? Did you receive it? Was it okay?
However the bag looks real to me. I still don't understand why my bag has the serial number on a single line and other bags on two but maybe it's because my bag was bought in 2002 or 2003.
However, I think the Gucci's woman told you so because if she told you the bag is fake maybe you buy a new one there!

I don't believe that much on the SA declarations because in the end they are there just to SELL bags, not to MAKE them, so they can't have a 100% trustable judgment... at least in my opinion

Hi Alice, Thanks for your comments! Yep, I have the dust bag, the white care card (I think thats what it is) and the controllato card. The dust bag is the dark brown silky type of bag. After the SA told me Gucci didn't make the bag, it ruined my day! But I was thinking the same as you that they can't possibly know all the bags that were made by Gucci, they are there for just sale purposes. But another thing was, the SA rubbed the strapped and told me Gucci does not make it. What did that do???? Any ideas? I'm glad I have you ladies here to tell me otherwise on your opinions and suggestions.

I don't see a coin pouch in the wallets I've seen on the website... so was it a past design or fake?

Please ask that seller for pics of the inside of the boston bag. You will need to see the zipper/pull, gucci tag & back w/ serial numbers. You'll also need to look for the lack of a cellphone pocket and an extra key.

Real horsebit?

Also with the horsebit bags, are the fakes easy to tell upon receipt b/c of the quality of the metal used for the hardware? I would think the hardware would be difficult to fake, but I don't know.

RoseMary, I don't see any "red" flags (haha) but I'm not an expert and I've never seen this design in real life. Did you check the seller on toolhaus.org? It would be a great purse to have with red coming in strong for the fall.
