I just rcvd an email today from gucci telling me that the bamboo doll mid heel I ordered can not be processed since it is unavailable for online purchases! WTH? But when I clicked on the presale link the same shoe is still there with my size!

sorry- that's too bad! Maybe it takes a little time for their system to update. It's good that they let you know sooner than later though since maybe now you can try to find it in store instead of waiting until the 2nd to find out they cancelled it.

yes-one of my purchases was cancelled as well. i ordered the wave hobo in brown trim :(

I ordered the Wave hobo w/brown trim last Sunday and I just got an email from Gucci that my order cannot be filled. I am so SAD..... that was my first Gucci!!!! Anyone see it in stock anywhere, please please please let me know, TIA!!!!!

They also cancelled my order, I ordered the wave hobo and the peggy with bamboo handle since friday. They said my info was invalid, so called them to verified my info. Now it went through but the didn't hold the items for me. So back to square one.

Darn it, my online order for the large Wave hobo w/brown leather trim was also cancelled. This so upsetting as I placed the order Saturday night and I went to my local Gucci store on Sunday to purchase a pair of sandals and pumps to go with the Wave hobo. The shoes are FINAL SALE so my store is scrambling trying to locate a Wave hobo for me as they were sold out of the bag as of last week. I've heard of Gucci cancelling quite a few of the online orders last year but neither my SA or I expected this to happen to my recent order. This is the last time that I ever order anything online from Gucci for the pre-sale or sale!!

I presaled the "crystal" clutch/evening bag through the website, and by the end of the day, it had been taken off the presale website....I wonder if they will cancel my order as well?!

That's so sad especially since you bought something to specifically coordinate with it. I had bought a wallet in sand/pewter online and later bought an abbey bag in the boutique to coordinate with the wallet. I will be really sad if they cancel my wallet order since I bought the bag to match it.

I have preordered a wave with white trim at gucci store for my daughter as a graduation present. I will pick it up on 2nd. If my daughter doesnt like it or wants something else I might auction it off on eBay. So if you guys interested keep out for my posts. I will let you know what happens.

I really do hope that your (online) wallet order doesn't get cancelled. Unfortunately, the shoes that I purchased for the pre-sale don't match or coordinate with any of my other Gucci bags. My store had pretty much sold out of any of the bags with the beige/ebony GG fabric with the dark brown leather trim, at least any of the styles that I had a preference for.
