Anyone ordered from gucci.com before?

Hi girls,

I wrote an email to gucci about a month or so ago, asking them a few questions but they didnt reply to me.

I was wondering if any additional information should be given to the delivery man if you live in an apartment with outside security. He wouldnt be able to access my building without the code. I also wanted to know if the call before delivering.

Do you know the answers to these questions?

I just got a bag delivered yesterday. They do not call before delivery. It was just a normal UPS delivery with signature required so I would assume it would be the same for you as any other time you have had something delivered that required signature.

When you order from Gucci they do ask for your phone number in case they cannot reach you at that time of delivery. So I'm guessing if they needed to they would call you. Your number is printed on the shipping label.
