how did you managed to personalise it? They refused to do so for mail orders or if I don't walk into the stores and choose the colors myself.

Were you asking me?

Who refused to do the extras for you? I've never heard of such a thing
I had mine done from SF and the manager took the info over the phone. You were given invalid info, as that should not be an issue, ever. Doesn't look like niel in the US. Some locations outside the states have different policies.

Wow, it's nice. Congrats~

I'm planning to buy a card holder from either BV or Goyard. Just wondering if Goyard is still handpainted? I need to justify my spending...

Nope...I am not based in US...and I am guessing conniedevil as well...
