Are PCE cards valid

At full price Coach stores that sell Legacy items? And do all of them always have the same exclusions written on the back? I never read the back before this one. :shame:

I think so. Someone asked if the francine was available with the PCE and she was told yes. I think it's just the legacy boutique that is excluded

Yes they should be..I've used the PCE once at a boutique that always has many legacy items. Hope this helps!

I was unsure whether they considered those "Legacy Boutiques" or if a "Legacy Boutique" sold Legacy products ONLY.
