Now that Joseph has left SaksNY and has gone to BG, what SA should I use?

Joseph is no longer there (as per his announcement I received today in the mail). So, who all can you suggest to use at Saks NY? TIA

This is not an SA I personally work with, however, if my SA were to leave for another store, I think I'd likely follow her. I really like my SA. If you like him, I'd remain his customer.

I agree, however, I have a Saks charge that I use for my Chanels. That's why I prefer shopping there. BG did NOT provide the best of service when I did shop there. Ah well.

I agree, Endo has been great. I have only dealt with him over the phone, but he is currently holding a bag for me until EGC. So far, so good!
