I am LOVING that blue satchel and wallet. I've never even seen anything like it before (it kind of looks like Chelsea)! Is that an outlet-specific line?

It IS a Chelsea line, but I'm not sure if its outlet specific. They have it in many colors, black/brown, ivory/brown, luggage/brown. But I had to have it in the blue. I couldn't pass that up!
