Suggestion needed!!

So I'm out of ideas... My brother often complains that he has many small stuffs - car keys, wallet, cell, etc - that makes his pockets look very bulky. So I wonder if there's any small case for such purpose for men, without making him feel like holding a woman's purse? ;) Many thanks in advance!!

Bacchusgirl - thanks for asking, he dress quite casual at work - casual shirts with jeans mostly.

I'm thinking something small to hold in hand, like the Trousse Ivan: http://www.eluxury.com/browse/product_detail.jhtml?styleid=11231031&SectionID=6000. Haven't seen the real one yet - how do you think about it?
