I already tried the Zappos link but it's not the same shoe - I think they posted a link to an alternate but it's not at all the same.

I posted my question on another board and they think they are 2006 spring/summer Dries Van Noten shoes. I've never heard of this designer and can't find the same style. Oh well - as my mom says one bus leaves the station and another one comes 20 minutes later!

Dries Van Noten is a wonderful Belgian fashion designer... can't help you on the shoes sorry!!
