Here is breakfast with sisters, not so healthy but yum

It's super easy! You’ll need half of a yellow onion, one head of cauliflower, Better Than Bullion chicken stock, black pepper, and olive oil.

First, dice the onion and throw it into the pot with olive oil on medium heat. Stir occasionally for even browning. In the meantime, cut the cauliflower into florets, dress in olive oil and roast at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. When the cauliflower is ready, add 4 cups of water, 2 teaspoon of Better Than Bullion, grounded pepper, and roasted cauliflower to the pot. Blend the soup until the texture is smooth. Serve with garlic olive oil and grounded peppercorn.

Cauliflower can be bland, but the slow cooked onions and roasting the cauliflower will make it flavorful.
