Squid ink chilled soba noodles with Uni (sea urchin), Torched Ika (squid), toasted and julienned nori, scallions and an Uni cream sauce! I could slurp this up every day if I still lived in this city!

I would like to try the squid ink noodles some time, but I am not a huge fan of the Uni!

I used to hate Uni but realized the problem was that the first time I tried it, the pieces I tried were really off in flavor!

1. Cantaloupe for snack
2. Lunch- mixed veggies & rosemary salmon
3. Dinner- Salad made w/ spinach, green lead lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes & crumbled feta drizzled with balsamic glaze

^scallops are my favorite seafood & those look seared to perfection! sounds like a great flavor profile too.
