The papaya salad looks really good and I adore mussels!!

Took myself to dinner tonight! Fried stuffed shrimp at Landry's.

I would love to know what the shrimp were stuffed with....

Since I couldn't partake in Cinco de Mayo festivites with DH since he was on call, we had some fun the night before. I dined on some sizzling steak teriyaki fajitas, while DH had the flank steak. Thanks for the recommendation Frick!

This does look interesting! How can you tell if the chicken is done?

The book said to cook it for 2-3 minutes and so I did 3 minutes just to be safe. The chicken pieces were relatively thin. 3 minutes cooked the chicken thoroughly. I'm a little paranoid about undercooking poultry so I wouldn't do only 2 minutes.

I'm mexican and I've never had a quesadilla like that..looks good! I love tomatillo sauce..my mom makes it and I love the stuff!

My sweet company lawyer knew I was super busy with work, etc..he brought me some sushi takeout. Volcano roll...there are rolls underneath all the yummy stuff. I could not finish it...so filling!
