i came across an hermes bag with a serious icky factor -- and thought it would be fun to see what else is out there of the same ilk.

i recoginze that this is probably a collectors' item, and that some of you may like it. but for me? well, it inspired a heart-felt "YUCK!" presenting, in all its glory, a vintage "quito" shoulderbag in . . . are you ready? . . . beluga whale skin!!!!

As for the 80's bag...I had earrings like that in every shape!

The whale bag gives me the jitters, maybe it's the color because the skin isn't really that bad!
