I've been pretty much buying exclusively Bal for several years and am looking for something new... I've bounced back and forth between YSL and Givenchy but I've finally decided on a Pandora because I really love an unstructured no fuss bag that I can carry easily with my 20 month old favorite little person...

I'm trying to decide between the Large Pandora Pepe in BLACK or GRAY... Does anyone have one in Gray (I have only seen tPF pics in black I think)? What are your thoughts on the color compared to black?

Pepe leather is a favorite of mine, and you've selected two very good choices for an everyday color, so it's hard to help decide.

I would say if it's the lighter gray, then I'd definitely go with the black, only b/c it's less worrisome, even tho pepe leather is generally worry free. Also, panda is a very edgy bag so the black is a great balancer. If you don't have too many black bags, I'd say go with black.

I think you are right... The light gray while it is a great neutral may have more chance of color transfer with dark jeans...

Pepe doesnt have the bling of the studded, so its more under the radar. however if you like a lil bling and you like your bags to stand out while wearing casual or semi casual stuff then the studded would be a great accesorizing piece. If that's not you and you like everything to be minimalistic, then the pepe.

I like both looks for different reasons... I love the pepe leather but since I don't tend to dress with much bling it might be nice to have a little on the bag... I haven't seen the studded irl though so the pepe would probably be the safer choice...
