I bought my Medium Pandora box for less than 6 months. Low usage but I have just observed that the stitches at the right side holding the strap has loosen. This is pretty annoying and I swear I hardly put heavy stuff in it. Anyone having the same problem and is there any servicing centre I can go. Feeling upset now.

oh, I'm sorry you are going through this. You probably got no responses previously because most Givenchy gals and boys have little to no problems with their pieces.

If you still have the bag, could you take it to the store you purchased from for an exchange? Or at least advice on where to fix it? Maybe a message to Givenchy corporate (who owns Givenchy anyway? think there was a thread about it somewhere - a tPFer contacted the company that owns/sells in the Middle East last year).

Your other option is always a trusted cobbler who may be able to tighten the stitching.

Go to your nearest store regardless of where you purchased it from. There will be some sort of procedure to handle repairs ;-)

I like this idea and the turnaround time might be quicker as well.

No problems with my Pandora (knock on wood), have carried faithfully since Nov 2011. Some deodorant marks but those come out easily.

I had the very same experience with my first Pandora. The stitiching on the handle and shoulder strap loosened in about a month's time since I bought it. The only heavy thing i ever put inside was my Ipad. The retailer took pity on me and changed the item with a new stock. After that I became very careful with it, not putting anything heavyinside, and holding it from the bottom every so often. Not a sturdy bag at all. Recently the stuffing inside the handle broke so the handle bends like a broken leg! Pretty but impractical buy, quality not consistent. I have two Pandoras, the other with the metal studs but that one is ok. To think that I hardly use both... Disappointing... I dont think they handle repairs, too... :-/

I'm sorry to hear of your problems. I carried my small pandora daily for 2 mths ( I was living elsewhere and it was the only bag I had with me ). It was stuffed under airplane seats but it survived well. My medium pandora I use as a diaper bag and it has held up as well ( I put umbrella, water bottle plus diapers... ).
I guess it's really bad luck on your part to get 2 poorly made bags! I do think you should go back to the store and inform them though.
