I have purchased many things from RueLaLa over the past 3 or 4 years. Never had any trouble! They are great!

has anyone ever purchased a vacation package from them? do you feel like the deals are good? ibve always been skeptical about purchasing a vacation package from them.

I recently purchased a Rolex and 1 received it with broken strap not mentioned in the description and 2 after taking it to dealer to fix was informed its fake .....
I have written to them but no response yet.....
Wonder what else is fake.
I love rue but now I'm worried if they are selling fake items

I've purchased quite a few items from RueLaLa over the years and haven't had any problems.

I also like Gilt Groupe and just joined Belle & Clive.

FYI Belle & Clive is owned by Bluefly, so if you believe that Bluefly sells fakes, I'd be careful with B & C as well. HauteLook is owned by Nordstrom, but I have yet to make a purchase from them, mainly just b/c they don't have anything I'm looking for. I've never had a problem with RueLaLa or Ideeli. As for shipping, their website will say when the item expects to ship by, which will give you an idea of when to expect it. Some stuff ships right away, some stuff takes longer.

This exact same bag retails for $1985... I have read about some of the horrible experiences regarding fake fendis on ruelala and I'm a little cautious. Have any of you had any good experiences with purchasing designer handbags from ruelala?

I really like this bag... should I get this at almost $500 cheaper from the retail price? I'm just curious how they're able to sell this cheaper than retail since it's an in-season model... could it be a manufacturers' defect?

I've purchased many things from Rue, including a Muse XL bag. Haven't had to send anything back so far (knock on wood).

Seriously!?!?! That's it! I'm done shopping with them. If I remember correctly, they sold fake balenciaga bags as well!

Well, they gave me a full refund but never admitted that its a fake even though it was a final sale item.

Customer service was no help so I wrote directly to the corporate office and they were helpful. Seems they knew there was something wrong but didnt want to admit.
I am a bit reluctant as well to shop from there again especially the more expensive designer brands.
