Did you buy the bag at that Barneys? We have a Barneys in our city (not NYC) and if you want to return a high-end item you purchased in NYC, especially a designer bag, they will take it and send it to NYC to be sure it's authentic. They say their sales people are not as experienced and they want to make sure it's their bag. The manager, if in, can take it back.

Yes... The bag was bought at this Barney's. They have now had it almost two weeks and can't even give me a plan of action yet. This is beyond absurd.
