I'm looking for a good SA at NM who regularly mails new inventory on shoes and bags. My previous SA Kelly doesn't work there any more.

^Yes, ITA with Swanky. Most SA's specialize in certain brands, but for loyal customers will search for other brands in their system.

In Charlotte's NM, Natasha in Chanel bags is fabulous and will work with other brands too. (704-442-7900 ext 2171) she stays in touch with me by phone, but she may be able to send emails with pix; I've never asked. I pretty much know what I want.
