Just got my August Macy's coupons in the mail. Included was a 20% off coupon. I'm confused because on the back the first sentence says excludes designer handbags. But in the bolded excluded list some designers weren't listed (Tory Burch and Marc Jacobs), but for example Coach and Michael Kors were on the excluded list. So can I buy handbags from mbmj or Tory Burch? I'm so confused with what's excluded and not.

Ps I can't go into a Macy's store cause I'm from Canada. I will be going on vaca in the US next month.

Macys' in-store exclusions are usually different from online exclusions. Not sure what the fine print says; can you post the entire thing?

Ok, so the list they provide is for in-store exclusions only. Back to your original question, I don't believe Macys sells MbMj / marc jacobs or Tory Burch bags online. Macys doesn't really carry "designer" online...i think they have Dooney and some MK, but that's it.

But the Macy's I want to go to when I'm in the US sells mbmj and Tory Burch - I called to find out!

Soooo would I be able to purchase those bags then? Not sure as it says designer handbags excluded but in the list of exclusions they mention other designers but not mbmj or Tory Burch.

That's a brilliant coupon. Macy's do supply a wide variety of brands, and yes sparksfly, I do believe they sell Louis Vutton. They have actually got some great deals on just now, even for the disigner brands, so you should have a look. They also have some nice wallets which match the bags as well. Love it!

When you go online and try to enter the code it won't work if it's one of the excluded brands. When you go into the store the SA will sometimes make the coupon work even if it doesn't apply. Macys also sells Coach online.

I'm pretty sure if a store carries Tori Burch or MbMJ it would be considered a bridge or designer handbag, and thus excluded if currently being sold at regular price.
