I did a search here on the General Shopping Forum and came up empty. I can't believe today is the first google search that has returned this site, as much online shopping I do for bags. The layout is almost identical to ebags.com, but they offer free shipping and free return shipping. Oddly enough the customer service # listed is mountain time. Any experience you can share would be appreciated.
