All of these suggestions sound wonderful

OP, I just wanted to add that if you wanted to talk to somebody, please PM me. Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger and I can relate to depression

sometimes i wish there was an open field somewhere close where i could just go run around in the night, screaming and doing cartwheels and just busting out. i KNOW that would help me! lol

and going to a batting cage.

demolishing something would be nice too. maybe a condemned old shack or something. lol

I love looking around stores and trying on super expensive dresses and shoes that I know I cannot really afford lol, but sometimes, just trying them on is enough!

Sometimes when I am pre menstrual, the only thing to cheer me up is a cup of tea from hubby, cuddles from my two girls and a purring kitten on my lap with a hot water bottle! All blissful!

I think about outer space.
The universe is NEVERENDING. I am one person, in one room, in one building, in one city, in one country, on one planet, in one solar system, in one galaxy amoungst an INFINITE number of galaxies. It really is mindblowing.

That or I buy a bottle of wine and listen to Pet Sounds by the Beach Boys in the bathtub.

Watching reruns of my fave shows, like Sex and the City or Golden Girls...I get to laugh out loud and live vicariously through other very hilarious women for a while and it always makes me feel better.

When I am feeling overwhelmed or just can't deal with people anymore i get lost in a book. Pure silence and someone else's story is like a mini-vacation.
