Default What do you pass out for Halloween?
We never have kids come to our door so I don't ever buy candy to pass out.

Just the boxed chocolate. We don't get many kids but my mom likes to get some anyways (she LOVES little kids) so she just buys whatever I like and my DBF, dad and I eat the leftovers :P

all kinds of candy... usually snickers, nestle crunch, m&m's, skittles, twix, jolly ranchers, lollipops, and much more... we try to mix it up as much as possible.

Normally just the big bags of Snickers, 3 Musketeers, M&Ms, Twix, etc. etc. etc. Buy bags in bulk from Target or Sam's and just let the kids reach in a bowl and pull a handful out.

We just buy the big mixed bags at Sam's. Typically we pass out Snickers, Twix, Reese's, Milky Ways, and 3 Musketeers.

I normally buy the barrel thing of Halloween pretzels in individual packs from Sam's Club if I put anything out. I just put it out on my porch w/ the light on b/c I have a dog that flips out when the doorbell is rung and will do a door dash if he's not picked up or on a leash. It is just easier for me.

For years now we've been getting the boxes of mini microwave popcorn packets at Sam's. The kids always seem to like it, as it's something different, since they already get so much candy. They're usually yell down to their parents at the street, "I got popcorn!"

A couple of neat things my kids have gotten in their bags before were those "Little Hugs" drinks. One lady always gave those, and they went over really well. One time a house had bought a bulk of small stuffed animals (probably from Oriental Trading) and my kids thought that was neat.

I have also made up "treat bags" with candy in it and maybe a spider ring or Halloween pencil or something in it.

Usually rulers for kids with mediocre costumes, and apples if they have a cool costume..they always seem disappointed tho...

Actually this is the first year I can give candy out but I will definitely be giving lots of chocolate!! kit kats, snickers, crunches..all my favorites!

miniature candy bars and blow-pops. kids love the blow pops because they have bubble gum inside i guess: they're usually the kids' first choice

We used to let the kids dig into a bucket of pennies and take a handful. But now we just pass out Reese's Peanut Butter cups.
