Tire and things to change it, a pair of heels and a suit jacket or two for hearings.

I also don't have a trunk, because I drive an Explorer. But I occasionally throw back there what has been sitting in my backseat, so sometimes that clothes and shoes and magazines and sometimes boxes.

Ha, this thread reminded me:
When I moved to SoCal after college, my dad was helping me pack up my car, and came up to me with this two foot long metal pipe, and said, "You should keep this in your trunk... you know, to hit people with... who are trying to attack you."

I let him put it in there even though I have no intention of ever hitting someone with it (and it's still in there because I can't think of any other use for it!).

Other than that, I just have the normal random junk: jumper cables, a few bottles of water, a sweater for emergencies, and an umbrella.

My trunk belongs to my dog. He has a pillow and a towel just for himself.

A mop thingy for the windshield, a (now very dirty) roll of paper towel. A windshield cover, and my CD's (because the changer is in the trunk. ><; )
