Elephants, in all sizes and shapes except stuffed ones. I have so many that over two thirds of them are stored away. Every time I buy a bag my husband asks me: When are you going to start collecting elephants again? I still collect them but because I have so many they have to very special to come home with me now.

Mostly postcards and magnets from travelling. I used to have a fridge covered in magnets but that was when I was living with my ex and pretty much left them all behind when I moved out. I also collect seashells - nothing fancy - just whatever I find on the beach when I'm on vacation

You collected beanie babies? Me, too! I have a bunch of them, including a couple rare ones...I think I need to get rid of some of them, though, because I just don't love them as much as I used to. I also have some beanie buddies, pillow pals, and attic treasures.

At the current time, I only want to collect designer handbags (well, I'm on a ban right now, thankfully). I collect LV, but I'm trying to branch out for some other collections, esp. Coach and Burberry. I really want a Fendi and Gucci bag, but I don't see myself making a huge collection from those designers.

In the past I used to collect stamps, gemstones, and anime videos.

I used to collect alot of different things when I was younger...
Stuffed toys, dolls, trinkets, etc. I guess I've out grown it and
just dont want so much stuff that needs storing anymore.
now I'm trying to collect classic stories first edition books
and some 18 or 1900 literature books.
for a future library on my dream vacation house.

I used to collect music CDS had thousands but then I gave lots away cause I didn't even listen to most of em lol

I have an obsession with buying lingerie...I just can't resist lol

my parents passed down their collecting gene to me.. which is how I was exposed to the beauty of swaroski and rare hand painted figurines.. and elephants. And crystal and rare plates.. in every room there would be a couple of curios brimming with sparkling objects that caught the light beautifully. My mother also collects unicorns, and they collect eagles.. thimbles, and trinket boxes... but the majority is elephants. They probably still have so much tucked away in the attic, in fear of my kid brother lol. I remember finding new pieces in my house and learning about these gifted artisans whose works were so coveted by the quiet masses.. and then being able to hold it in my hands.. its was very awe strickening.

I too collect swaroski...whatever looks cute in my home and then marine life. I collect books, new, older the better, earlier the edition.. I would LOVE to get my hands on a first edition copy of Sherlock Holmes, Chronicles of Narnia, and Agatha Christie books, as those were my favorite growing up and still today. I also collect coins from wherever I visited, and I display them in my room with vintage looking postcards and vintage replica luggage labels underneath glass that protects my dresser and desk.. as well as icons from different countries. I also have some unicorns and trinket boxes. I had this adorable kermit one sitting on top of the world with a banjo that broke :( I glued it together but obviously its not the same. I'd like to collect silver frames as well. And I view my jewelry as a collection too.. I could never wear those in every day life becuase the studs would be too thick to compensate for the weight of the drop, or just simply too flashy. Anything I buy is for a purpose, I don't have much junk running rampant thankfully.
