If you have 5 minutes, check out this video of the keynote address given at this year's convocation to educators from Dallas ISD. Even if you are not a teacher I think you will be moved, inspired and frankly, blown away by the speaker!! I know I BELIEVE!!

tuffcookie - I teach 4th grade. Great age IMO (9-10 yrs old).

Cheryl thank you for posting this inspirational and moving link. Teachers are very special, particularly those Teachers that truly care for each child (the way that you do). As you know, teachers and principals, as well as kids with special needs hold a special place in my heart. I'm going to pass this along to my dad, he is really going to love it.

Isn't this awesome? We watched it our first day back. The entire district showed it to all the employees. Not a dry eye in the room! I believe in all kids!
