Hi ladies,

I bough a gorgeous HG bag xxxxx who sent it via express mail to Germany 4 days ago. The number starts with an ER and ends with an SG and the delivery is supposed to take 2-4 business days. I have been checking tracking on the page and it has not been updated since it left the country 4 days ago and, since today is the 4th day, I called the German Post and they said it definitely has not been sent via express but only by normal post which takes 7-10 days!!??

I am moving to a different country on Monday so I'm under a little bit of pressure so I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Speedpost internationally and how it went? I'm still hoping it will just miraculously turn up on my doorstep before I leave :(

Can you check the tracking on the german mail site? If it starts with an ER, it does sound like it went by Express, which would have arrived on the 4th or 5th day. I hope you manage to get it before you leave

Try tracking using this website under Post/EMS. http://www.track-trace.com/

Thanks so much! It can't be found in the system unfortunately- very strange!

It's 3:20 pm on Saturday here right now so I'm crossing my fingers that it will still arrive! I'll keep you posted! Thanks again!
