Default Pumpkins, Colored Leaves, Harvest Moon... what will you do this Fall/Autumn?
What autumn activities do you plan to enjoy this year?

I plan to go apple picking, go on hayrides, and just enjoy the countryside's beautiful foliage. I want to eat pumpkin pie, of course, too!

My favorite thing about fall is the changing leaves. I always go out and take a bunch of pictures every year.

And I also eat anything pumpkin

I'm not really into Fall...I hate pumpkin pie, but I do look forward to the milder weather, and the leaves changing.

I love fall, I love how the leaves change color and nature's true beauty emerges. I enjoy taking pictures of the changes around, especially during the sunset.

This fall is very busy for us, as we are buying a house (hopefully closing next week after a very long wait!) and we're getting married on Halloween. So there's lots of work to be done in the next two months.

However, I'll do my very best to fully enjoy my favorite season and not get too lost in the planning and stress. I love all the pumpkin stuff, have been enjoying pumpkin spice creamer in my coffee and will have a few pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks. I just love the changing leaves and the way the air feels. Hopefully we can at least go for a nice long drive once the leaves are all changed... it's really gorgeous here.

^^ Married on Halloween? How fun! Congratulations. :) That is the best-- to go for a nice, long scenic drive and see all the foliage.

I love love love fall!
And the most exciting thing I will be doing is getting married.
Unfortunately, I won't get to take DS trick or treating this year since I'll be on my honeymoon. My mom gets to take him. And Thanksgiving is right around the corner after that. My favorite holiday!! We will be stuffing our faces with yummy food! And since it will be our first year as a married couple, I am thinking of attempting Thanksgiving at our house.

I too want to go apple picking. There is also a state park in SE Ohio called Hocking Hills, which is absolutely gorgeous in the fall. There are waterfalls and caves- it is so cool! So I want to visit there. I also want to go to Cedar Point in October when it is decorated for Halloween and has haunted houses!

My favorite time of year and I live in the Northwest. Autumn is ALWAYS beautiful no matter which side of the state you're on!

Pumpkins picking, apple cider, scarves, boots....and then a week long break from the cold in Maui in November. My 1st time away from home for Thanksgiving.

Anyone have any corn mazes or anything like that nearby? There's one in our area, a bit of a drive but I've never gone before. Maybe this will be the year? I bet it would be fun!

Wow, a lot of you guys are getting married in the fall - congrats!

A friend of mine got married in the fall and had an outdoor wedding (holy hell, I just realized her wedding was 10 years ago ) and it was gorgeous with all the leaves changing. She lucked out and had a beautiful day.

Getting my cool-weather gear back out and taking long hikes through the yellow Aspen groves and enjoying reading a book on nearly empty beaches.
