I don't know what to say now but I wish things were better for you. Just now I wanted to give you a hug and tell you everything will be fine but you turned and smiled and held my hand telling me not to worry. THAT made me worried. I know you are not okay. I could see the pain in that smile. I don't know what I can do to make you feel better. I wish I could do something about the situation. I feel helpless sometimes. Dear Sears Auto Center,
I know this sounds pre-emptive... but don't worry, I'll be writing my non-imaginary letter to you very shortly.

I know I got a flat tire, and being a female, I suppose there is some sort of stigma associated with the idea that I might not know anything about cars, OR customer support, but alas, I do :0
When I bring in my car... on my donut, with reg. lugnuts on it (and the lug lock removed to make it easy) and ask you to fix the one in the trunk (laid out nicely, with the nail marked for your ease of finding), I expect something obviously past the norm. I expect not ONLY to have a tire fixed, but the spare donut AND the jack equipment to be put away nicely where and HOW it belongs stacked in the back. I also expect that the lock lug nut that I took off when putting on the spare would be put back on considering I gave it to you in the package WITH the key for it.

Asking you TWICE to put it in the back nicely after you fixed it in an hour was apparently not something you were willing to do, Did I forget the notice that said i needed to pay more $$ to be provided REAL customer support? Did you like when I emptied my entire trunk out in the parking lot in front of your store and did what you all should have done right the first time? Put the spare and equipment back the way they are supposed to be in the trunk? Did it entertain you to watch a woman you thought wasn't capable of doing it pulling it off none the less? I hope so, the smiles on your faces will turn to frowns once you realize the letter I'll be sending Sears regarding your attitudes, lack of apologies, and more.
Not to mention once I got done doing that, I headed home. OH! But to find out you all DIDN'T put my lug nut on with the lock key, you all totally ignored that request! So oh the fun I had driving back, and finding the manager who, like the rest of your staff I interacted with before, didn't give a hoot, offered no apology just stated it needed to be done.

NO CRAP sherlock! I asked the gentleman who checked my car in to make sure it was done, do you think I'm back to get something I already had correctly performed? If only it had been that easy. He offered me no apology, just said it would be done... REALLY? Like everything I've asked for was done right during my visit? Maybe I was thinking of a different visit that never happened?
