Thank you, everybody! I got plenty of sleep, and I got all your hugs, and I do feel better today!
After I retracted my remarks and apologized, the other person deleted his (this was actually on an online bulliten board). He put a little "puzzled face" icon in place of his post, so I guess he probably didn't realize how upset I would get. Plus, I found out a personal reason for him to be sensitive on the topic himself, and that is likely why he lashed out. Thanks, again! I didn't know where else to turn for some much needed hugs, so I really appreciate the response.
