How to deal with a coworker who's ALWAYS sick?

OK...a little progress! Glad she is not spitting into the wastebaskets any longer. Glad HR spoke with her and is getting general reminders out there too. Can't hurt especially with the weather changing.

Aww, thats good! Hopefully it will get a bit more peaceful and less stressful for all of you at work now.

There was someone at my former office who would spit into the water fountains. Or not flush. yucks.

So someone taped up flyers above the water fountain and bathroom doors telling them that other people need to use the water fountain/bathrooms too and to show a bit of courtesy and health smarts.
