Thanks for the ideas everyone! I'm really loving that Home Repair Book idea along with a gift card but I found out today that they have a registry somewhere so I'm just gonna pick something off their list.

Is it just me, or is $100-150 a lot to spend on a housewarming gift for a co worker, unless the co worker is a super close friend or something? If everyone that's coming to the party spends that much, those people will make out like bandits! If it were me, I'd feel bad if anyone spent that much on a housewarming present for me.

I thought it was a lot too but Rick has been a coworker of my BF's for a few years already and I think it's because once a week Rick always treats him to lunch and won't take his money for it.
