Default Have you ever tried to pull a prank on your DH? I tried, last night
We saw the movie Paranormal Activity yesterday. I was not planning on anything, I thought I could get a rouse out of him cause he was obviously ignoring his responsibilities.

The baby (josh) woke me up about 1:30 and I took him outside to do his business. When I came back DH, still sleeping soundly, (when he is home it is his job to take care of the boys and I am suppose to get a vacation and do nothing for two days.)

So I crawled back into bed, no stir,
so I sat up in bed, no stir,
so I shook the bed, no stir,
then walked over to his side and stared, no stir,
so then I shook the bed again, no stir..
then I said "I'm starring at you"

he told me to get back in bed.

Travis then came over and woke me up at 3:00 a.m.

I took Travis out to do his business. The baby wanted to go to, so the three of us go out. We come back to the bedroom.

DH sleeping soundly.

I stop stare at him and the boys and I leave to sleep in the family room.

at 6:30 I am fixing the baby's breakfast, do all the morning chores DH is suppose to do, and by 8:00 the kids and I are finished.

DH wakes up, comes in the family room to have his coffee and says, "I thought of that movie when you left with the boys. I started wondering if you were going to come back with a knife".

So I guess the movie scared him, but not enough to get up and take care of the dogs. Stupid male.

Why would a baby need to do its bussiness outside?

The more important question is....

HOW ON EARTH DID YOU GET YOUR HUSBAND TO AGREE TO THAT? Sorry. Not yelling at you. Just emphatic. And impressed.

The baby is Josh, baby brother to Travis and Sheppie (my little 4 legged babies)

Allisonfaye:

My DH commutes in from out of state once a month. I take care of the household while he is gone. So when he comes home, I get to take off those days from housecleaning, caring for the dogs, cooking, dishes, you name it. However, he forgets or gets lazy about it until I remind him that it is his responsibility to take care of the house while he is home. This includes taking care of the 'kids', feeding, picking up pooh, walking and overall babysitting.

He has no household responsibilities, chores, pool cleaning, lawn, car, vet trips, 26 days out of the month. Even his household bills are sent here for me to pay.

His big chore while he is away is to pick up his laundry at the dry cleaners.

He drives me crazy, but he is the best hubby.
