I would if I could have gotten a better deal online but didn't. Highly recommend Select Comfort, so easy to install and very comfy!

My mom has; she bought the "Heavenly" bed or whatever they call it from W's (the hotel chain) online site. They periodically have 40% Friends & Family discounts that circulate on the web

You'd hope that any mattress stocked by a decent hotel chain would be good

We bought a mattress with memory foam (not tempurpedic) online and it was delivered in 2 days, plus had a 30 day trial/return. We love it so didn't return it, obviously! So it worked out very well for us.

I haven't, but I'm a big fan of the brand Stearns & Foster ... my grandparents used to know the original family who owned the company and so we've been loyal ever since.

Ive purchased a mattress from sears. It turned out to be a total headache. The warranty is set up for you to spend more many. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

For some reason I would've thought Sears would be better with cs/warranties. That's awful that it was such a problem. No one has that much extra time to deal with the hassle.

DH and I will be ordering a Select Comfort online for ourselves for Christmas. They have a delivery, setup, and removal or relocation (of the old mattress) service for $160, which sounds divine to me. Moving mattresses is a pain.

Yes it is! I bought a new matress and my dad helped me get it home. He ripped part of the material underneath the boxspring. Rubbed the corners really bad you can see the material inside the matress. Then when setting up the frame he put the bed frame through the torn cover under the bedframe and we had to rip it completely off to get the bed frame out of it. Always get delivery

This is the only way I would buy a mattress online because ordering from a site based far away from me means the shipping costs would be horrific!

I just ordered a new bed from Macy's, but not on line in store. I don't know if I could order one on line due to the fact that I need to test it before I spend that kinda money.

That's why you need to make sure you have one of these pens handy.

Problem solved.
