Some of these are hilarious! I know nothing about facebook... are these the same thing as fan pages? You become a fan of it then you're in the group? Or are groups different?

^You join them and "belong" to the group. It different from fan pages its more of people that have similaties, there are posts and things within the group. I don't do much other than join the group.
