The really good ones I've encountered were VERY specific (such as giving me a time frame/names/characteristics), whereas the poor readers tended to be very broad. But I know it can be hard to discern at times, especially if you're enquiring about future events that haven't happened, yet...usually I could tell if someone was real if they could describe something about me that you wouldn't really know unless you knew me or heard me talk. For example...one reader knew without me telling her that I didn't want kids, although she said I could potentially have 2 if I wanted to. No thanks!

Bernz,

Do you happen to still have the name of that psychic that was accurate?

I only believe in it where clutter is concerned. My house is cluttered with all sorts of things we love but I'm not loving it at the moment, I can't think among all the clutter! I think so much better in a decluttered environment.

I saw a lady who read my cards when I was 18. She said that I would have a baby within that year and then three more when I turned 23. I am 25 now and no babies for me except for the fur kind. She did guess that my SOs name began with a B which was the only correct thing she said throughout the whole 15 minutes. Never again

Yes to feng shui and never would on seeing a fortune teller because I heard BAD fortune tellers would tell a client that if he/she wouldn't have ANY contact with his/her own mother then he/she would be prosperous! WTF??? As for GOOD fortune tellers, I knew someone who's friend went to see this fortune teller and gave him the birthdate (Lunar calendar) and time of birth to this fortune teller to "calculate/foresee" her future...but instead, the fortune teller looked at her and told her that based upon her birthdate and time of birth, she shouldn't still be living! Well, the friend wanted to see how good the fortune teller was...so she gave the fortune teller the birthdate and time of birth of her deceased husband of 2 months. Too good, huh?!?!

i think it will be much easier if we can all just believe in ourselves but the truth is, Singapore is a country that is heavily influenced by the fengshui cultures. i'd rather believe in it than not. i do not get obsesed over it but the more common ones like not sleeping under a ceiling beam and not placing the mirror directly in front of your bed, i gladly follow.

I have always wanted to have my fortune/palm read or my tarot cards done. Have had many opportunities but been too afraid. I have always wondered why - a friend once said I was a fatalist - maybe that is the reason.
