I spent six weeks in basic training for my job and that kind of behavior was rampant! I stayed to myself for most of the training to avoid drama, but that gave me lots of opportunity to observe everyone. I went walking downtown and caught two of them on a "date." I smiled and waved to them...I didn't want to just act like I didn't see them. They walked away from each other and took off into two different stores. Hello? We're adults here and when you do in your personal life is none of my business.

Oh boy...do I have a real piece of work co-worker to share with you all.

I just recently quit my old job because of her. I loved my old job because I got a long with all my co-workers, and I'm still good friends with all of them to this day. I loved my old boss too, I still have lunch with him every so often as well.

But...all good things must come to an end. The new boss, was horrible. REALLY horrible. She was one of those people who didn't know what personal hygiene meant. Every time I saw her, her hair would be super greasy (she was half Asian she had fine hair that gets oily easily, and I know for a fact, because I am Asian as well, that if you don't wash that type of hair once a day, it will get greasy), and she smelled....pungent. Turns out, she had such bad hygiene practices, that she would have chronic yeast infections. I'M NOT JOKING. Her excuse for the smell was that she has "cats" and ate "a lot of garlic" the day before...STILL VERY GROSS. I have a super sensitive nose, so I would literally be on the verge of barfing whenever I worked with her....It also didn't help that she was incompetent as hell. It still gives me shivers thinking about her "smell".

I used to work with seniors last year. Loved the people I worked with, except for this one girl. She had this high-pitched voice, and the smallest vocabulary. She mispronounced everyone's name on purpose, just to get a laugh out of people. She also had these annoying bracelet that went all the way up to the end of her for arm, so everytime she moved her arm, all these plastic beads would click together, and make the most annoying sound.

During the summers, I help my family's business out. My aunt isn't the greatest at hiring people, so there was some strange characters in there. She hired a 17 year old one year. She was the streorotypical popular girl in high school. I was fortunate enough to have to work with her the entire summer! Everyday when she came in, it looked like she had been crying, which makes you ask her what happened. She goes on how a boy dumped her, or how her friend stole a guy from her. It took hours of crying, or so it seemed! I wish she would just go and work at ben & Jerries instead, where she can get comfort from the ice cream, instead of telling a 5 hour story to a poor innocent person!
She was a wreck.

We have employees here who have no concern whatsoever for the cleanliness of the fridge. People leave their Tupperware uncovered, things leak, crumbs everywhere. If someone spills on the counter, they don't wipe it up.
my boss pitches a FIT if she sees just one tiny crumb on our kitchen counter. We only have a very tiny 'kitchen' area, like a dorm size fridge, small sink and microwave.

she always warms up her tea in the microwave and it boils and spills over and then she blames everyone else for making a mess in there and not cleaning up after ourselves. I finally brought in my own microwave for my office. and my own toaster! and she leaves dirty dishes in the sink all day but the one or two times that I accidentally left one dish in there over night she flipped out, so now i just wash them right away, all the while HER dishes are in my way because the sink is so small. it's honestly about half the size of a bathroom sink.
