Default Bottled water or tap water?
Which do you prefer?

Which do you prefer? I've tried to drink tap water, but the taste is unappealing to me. I only drink bottled spring water unless I'm mixing something with my tap water (like tea, etc..).

Same here. The tap water in my town has a really strong metallic taste, so I try to avoid it if I can.

DH & I use the Brita pitchers with the filter to filter our tap water. Before me, DH would just drink straight from the tap. Now he prefers the taste of filtered water. Our fridge doesn't have an automatic ice maker, so we also use the filtered water to make our ice cubes!

We do have bottled water stored though which we rotate out ever few months... we stock up just in case of hurricanes or other natural disasters.

I save a lot more $ using a Brita water pitcher & filter. Buying water bottles adds up, even if you buy them in bulk from a warehouse like Sam's or Costco.

Bottled water, and carbonated too, haha. I love the fizz. #1 choice is Perrier but I only seem to find Pellegrino at restaurants

what happens if you are like me and drink both daily? When, I go to school, I bring bottled water. When I'm at home, I drink from the tap.

It does add up, but crazily...that's all I drink. I wonder how much I spend on bottled water a year. I also live on a college campus, so it's much easier to have bottled water than to filter the school's nasty water.

Putting aside the fact that bottled water is purer, it also tastes infinitely better. I cannot stand the taste of tap water.
