I like the Yankee Candles also. I'm currently burning Autumn Wreath and Autumn Leaves.

Just remember my other favorite candle, Wood Wick.
Anyone use these?
The wick is wood and crackles like a fireplace. The candles are very high quality and fragrant, but not faux smelling.
DH loves these, we actually say "pass me the fireplace, I want it on my nightstand for a while!" LOL!

Diptyque candles are THE BEST in my opinion!! They are expensive but soooo worth it.

But...I got a couple of Trapp candles for my birthday and I have to say that they are nearly equal to Diptyque in strength and long-lasting-ness of fragrance, but not nearly as costly.

I have some weird fetishes about candles, they must be white/natural/no color and be floral or herbal. Candles that smell like baked cookies etc make me ill.

Seda France candles are my favorite. I love the Japanese Quince one and there is a Holiday one that you might like.

I almost forgot about Wood Wick candles, the crackle noise is so cool. Made my apartment seem so homey.

I LOVE that candle! It smells sooo good.

I also love the Sparkling Snow one from Yankee. I burn that one all year round too, not just in the winter.

My faves are the Stella Mare soy candles. I love the lemongrass and the gardenia scents. http://www.lotusco.us/SMare.htm

Ahh those sounds great! I've always wanted to have a fireplace in my bedroom!!

I like vanilla-- anything that smells like baked goods (and no it doesn't make me hungry because I know it's just a candle! lol)... I can't do cinnamon though. I also LOVE Yankee Candle's Mistletoe!! Bed Bath & Beyond used to sell some candle in a jar (not Yankee) that was Eucalyptus scented. It smelled soooooo good!!!

Yankee Candles Sun & Sand is my favorite. Makes my house smell like the beach!

If I want a warmer fall scent, I don't use candles. I get a big pot of water and put sliced oranges, apples, cinnamon, and cloves in it. I put the pot on the stove and let it boil away. It smells so good! When the water gets low, I just add a little more. You can keep doing it for as long as you want to, but I usually just go through two pots of water and the scent lasts for a few hours.

i use bath and body works but because i like the scents.

they aren't strong but i usually use the candles with a wallflower or scentport to add a bit of change in the air.
