I try to nap everyday. When I get home from school around 4ish-5ish I'll nap for an hour get up cook dinner and go about my business. When I go run in the morning, I come back shower nap and wake up for school...

I only nap when I've had multiple classes in a row & am finally finished in the afternoon. It keeps me refreshed when I have to do homework later.

I have difficulty napping if I know I only have a limited time. I am a terrible insomniac, and it can take me up to an hour to fall asleep, which pretty much eats up an entire nap time! I would love to be able to nap, though!

Normally I napped between 1 to 2 hours depends on my schedule of the day.

I often nap after work for about an hour - I have to with the low iron count (I'm anemic) and even at work, during early afternoon I'm already really tired and ready to sleep.

I try to avoid it as much as possible because I wake up *SO* groggy and nauseous almost every time. I just feel so sick and horrible afterward that it usually ruins the rest of the day. Plus, I work from home, and I try to keep myself on a reasonable timeline even though I don't have a "schedule." My naps usually last 2-3 hours (I'm a champion sleeper, always have been, lol), and if I took one every day, I'd be working late every night, which I try to avoid. I have no problem sleeping at night though, and I pretty much always get as much sleep as I want (like I said, no "schedule"), so naps aren't necessary for me usually.

Doesn't that mean you're napping for too long? A short nap (20 minutes) is supposed to be very refreshing because you don't go into deep sleep. Deep sleep is hard to wake up from and you feel groggy when you do.

Sometimes I have to take a nap in the late afternoon. I feel as if I'm about to become unconscious if I don't sleep. It's a very weird feeling, but I try not to sleep for too long, although it's very hard to wake up before going into stages 3 and 4 (deep sleep). I should be setting an alarm clock I guess.

Not a napper - but I am thinking of squeezing one in occasionally during my lunch breaks especially since it is sometimes difficult for me to get eight hours of sleep.

I'm definitely a napper. I get exhausted around 1 or 2 pm everyday and can't function well. I don't need a long one. 30 minutes is perfect for me.
