yeah i've seen those around, the material feels wonky, like sticky-ish plastic... and it definately looks like a copy in real life since the material is off... oh well... :-)

I've seen a Spy-inspired bag in that price range and the material definitely put the "ick" in plastic. Sadly in real life, it looks cheaper than $40.
